WHAT TYPE OF FLOWERS DO YOU USE?
We use artificial flowers made of soft high quality latex foam.
DO THE CHOCOLATES CONTAIN NUTS?
Some of the chocolates we use do contain nuts. Please look at the allergy section under the product you are browsing for more information.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been placed, you have up to 3 hours from the time you placed your order to amend the address (This only applies to standard shipping, express delivery is excluded from this). You will need to send us an email with your order number, full name, and the address you would like us to change it to.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?
It takes approximately 1-2 days for your handmade product to be made.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Express 1-3 working days
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days

DO YOU OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE?
Yes, we provide a collection service for our products in London. If you would like to collect your order, please select “pick up” as your delivery method during checkout. 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, you have 3 hours to cancel it. After 3 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order. This only applies to orders with standard shipping or collection, express delivery is excluded from this.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow exchanges if the product is found to be faulty. Please contact us with your order number, full name and images of the faulty product.
