Our delivery services
We at All Seasons Gift ensure every order is dispatched on time to be delivered on the selected day you have chosen during time of purchase. We do not take responsibility for any delays with delivery as this may be delayed due to bad weather conditions, delivery courier strikes, incorrect delivery address or failed delivery attempt. Once your order has been shipped, we are not reliable for any damaged, lost or stolen items/parcels.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the selected day of delivery to avoid missing it. The delivery couriers are able to leave your order in a safe place upon your request (please check your tracking details to see if this option is available). Please note, if the option to leave in a safe place has been requested, we do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
Please note, as all of our products are hand-made, we do require up to 2 business days to process the order. Once dispatched delivery time will then apply. This means that the total time before your order is delivered = processing time + delivery times.

Our delivery partners are carefully selected to ensure your package is received on time and in the same conditions that they left us in. All deliveries are made using trusted couriers depending on the package size and destination. The couriers used are Dpd, Yodel and DHL. Delivery’s are usually made Monday to Saturday, excluding national and bank holidays.
We recommend placing your order at least 1 week before the date it is needed for. If you need your order urgently you can select the express delivery option.
